The bathroom was dirty with hair on the ground before I arrived. My requests for cleaning staff went unanswered. The balcony overlooked a dilapidated building, contrary to the advertised view.

royalty hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the center, making it easy to explore. the staff were super friendly, especially paul at the front desk, who went above and beyond to help us. our rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, and breakfast each day was delicious!

The Superior Double or Twin Room with Balcony had cozy bedding and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower. The rooftop restaurant was a chill place with stunning views of the Acropolis while enjoying a great breakfast spread of fresh pastries and organic juices. Location is prime for nightlife and exploring Monastiraki's streets.

this is the best hotel i have been in athens! the location is amazin, u just go down stairs and u r in the center of everything. brekfast was super generous and so yummy. we got upgraded to a big room with a great view of the city and it was really quiet. definitely will come back! !
